MINGO works with various distributors for the distribution of your package. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CEST on a business day will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please note that during periods of promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than normal.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a Track and Trace code with which you can track your package. The costs for shipping the items you choose are free for orders within the Netherlands above €75.00 and EU above €100.00. Orders placed outside the EU are shipped free of charge above €150.00.
Otherwise the shipping costs are €4.95 for the Netherlands.
Belgium & Germany: the shipping costs for shipping are €6.95 per order.
European Union: shipping costs are €9.95 per order.
World (outside the EU): the shipping costs for shipping are €24.95 per order.
Please note that you will be required to pay import duties and/or taxes, which will be levied once your package reaches your country. We cannot advise you of the exact amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving your order. The item(s) you wish to return must have all original tags and original packaging and will not be accepted if the item is not in its original condition. Return your item(s) together with your name and order number. Send the return package to:
The Netherlands
After receiving your return package, the purchase price of the returned items will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible (within 14 days). We will send you an email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued. If you return your complete order, you will also receive the initial shipping costs back from us (if applicable).
The shipping costs for returns are at your expense. Save the track and trace code of your return shipment.
The return package must be in our warehouse within 14 days of receiving your order. Packages received after these 14 days will not be accepted.
For consumers outside the EU: make sure you check the box as 'return trade sample' and don't forget to attach the invoice you received from us, otherwise MINGO will be charged customs duties which we will then charge to you will bring.
