We offer worldwide free shipping for orders above € 100,00.
MINGO works with My Parcel/PostNL for the distrubution of your parcel. You will receive a Track and Trace code as soon as your order left our warehouse with which you can follow your parcel every step of its way. The costs for shipping the items you have chosen are free for orders above € 100,00, otherwise the costs are € 4,50 for the Netherlands. For other countries there are different rates.
Belgium & Germany: the costs for sending are € 6,95 per order. Orders above € 100,00 are send free of charge.
Europe: the costs for sending are € 9,95 per order. Orders above € 100,00 are send free of charge.
World (outside EU): the costs for sending are € 24,95 per order. Order above € 100,00 are send free of charge.
Please note:All orders to non EU-countrieswill be sold without VAT (21% NL VAT). This VAT will be deducted automatically at the check out, when entering your delivery address.
Please be aware of paying import duties and / or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We are unable to advise you about the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.

Your parcel will we shipped within 1-3 businessdays after MINGO has received your payment. However, we strive to send out your package as soons as possible (most of the times the next morning).
PostNL delivers your package the day after we handed it over (excl Sunday and Monday). For average delivery times outside of the Netherlands, please take a look at www.internationalparceltracking.com.
In case articles are unanticipatedly out of stock and/or we are not able to ship your order within the stated time of sending you will be informed as soon as possible.
If you are not completely happy with your order you can inform MINGO you want to return the article(s) within 14 days after receiving your order via “ My Account” in the webshop. Once you have informed us you have 14 days to ship the item back to our warehouse.
The article you want to return needs to have all the original labels and orginal packaging and will not be accepted if the article is no longer in its original state.
The package with your article needs to be in our warehouse within 14 days after you have informed us about your wishes to return. Packages that are received after these 14 days will not be accepted.
How to return:
- Log on to your account and go to the order you would like to return.
- Use the ‘return’ button and select the item(s) you would like to return and the amount of items
- Choose the right reasons for return and the action return.
- Use the ‘send’ button to send your request to our customer service.
- Write your ordernumber on the packaging and and send it to:

If you don’t have an account, you can create one with the same emailadres you used when placing the order. The system will automatically find your previous order.
After receiving your package the amount of purchase of the returned items will be transferred to your bank account as soon as possible (within 14 days). If your complete order is returned, you will also receive (when applicable) the inital sendingcosts. The shippingcosts for the return are at your expense.
IMPORTANT! For residents outside the EU: make sure you mark the box as ´return commercial sample´ and don’t forget to add the invoice you received from us, otherwise MINGO will be charged with customs duties, which we will then charge to you.
